So today was weigh day! As the title suggests I am now -5lbs. Hooray!! I think part of that is probably down to not really following the programme properly Monday-Wednesday and eating less than I should; from today I am resolved to eat more!
I am pleased that it’s quite a substantial loss. With Weight Watchers, I always lost quickly in the first couple of weeks before settling in to 2lbs(ish) a week so it it’s nice to get a boost on Slimming World too. The other thing is that I’m now under 23st by 3/4 of a lb. I know that’s not much but I always hovered around 22 and only recently joined the ranks of 23. It’s comforting to be back in 22!
I need to set out some ideas now for goals and mini rewards for each goal so I have something to look forward to. Trouble is I have no idea what my goal could be – if I want to go do something I just go and do it. I shall have to think about this!
