So it’s now my third week on Slimming World and I think I have finally got the hang of eating lunch. Gone are the tiny soup portions and salad – yesterday I had chicken and chorizo pasta, today I have chicken curry with rice – all home made of course.
I don’t know how it works. The idea that I can have as much potato and pasta as I like but still lose weight seems strange to me. That being said, this will be the first week I’ve gone all out with lunches so the proof will be on Saturdays weigh day. Something to look forward too, and by look forward to I mean dread.
Fun fact: woman on train next to me just poured coffee all over herself.
My eating is definitely much better. I’m eating freshly cooked meals and they’re all free or very low syns on Slimming World. They’re tasty too. Lately I’ve been thinking of ways to adapt the foods I thought I’d have to give up like a full English. I shall let you know how that goes!!
