When Carole first arrived, we were not friends. Today, well today might be the start of something special… Today, me and Carole did 7.8 km (4.8 miles) in just over 30 minutes. We rocked it out!
Its surprising how much easier I found it today as opposed to the hell that was last week. I think I must be improving…
This week I am doing things differently, last week I did a few nights of 15 minute sessions which average 4 km. This week I am aiming to do 3 x 30 minute sessions on Carole and 2 x 30 minute sessions of yoga for fat people. Saturday and Sunday shall be my days of rest…! I like routines. Routines make me comfortable. I’m doing good.
