So this week I was very good – in terms of junk I had one packet of doritoes and 2 cupcakes. No jammy dodgers, no chorizo and no cheese (except small sprinklings of Parmesan!). I believe the results speak for themselves.
I know that when I’m good I tend to lose more (obviously) – I shall be using this for motivation for next week where I’m hoping that I can lose another 2-3lb as that will then be -2st. Yey.
