Urgh! It’s always irritating to lose nothing despite having been mostly good for the week. I don’t think I did anything too crazy this week – I even found a way to make healthy pizza with tortillas (that was so damned good!), Ah well. I had a big loss last week so I suppose this is to be expected. I have until October 2016 now to reach where I want to be which is doable as long as I keep to the -2lb a week average.
Another week towards goal!
