Weigh Day: -3


Well the results are in, and I have lost 3lbs this week which means I am officially down 3 stone since April! Not too shabby! I was quite surprised when I got on the scales given a similarly large loss last week! I am pleased!

In other news, I have started working on doing some to toning. That’s been going well so far and I ache in places I didn’t know existed!

However, to add the cloud to my silver lining – This weekend has not been good. Saturday afternoon saw the arrival of the decorators (you know what I mean ladies!), and since then I have been fighting a constant battle to not cheer myself up with mince pies and popcorn. It’s been incredibly painful and even as I write this I’m led on the sofa feeling sorry for myself! My willpower is at an all time low as I look for things to make me happy. I fear that at some point I will snap and this week shall see my first gain since I started!
