Weigh Day: -1

 Well after last weeks splurge the fact I still managed to lose 1lb is proof that miracles can happen! In a bid to equalise things after the week of no food, I managed to find room for a box of shortbread, a kebab and an Indian! I did manage to resist the pizza, further proof that miracles exist, and I’m now firmly back on the wagon!

So Saturday was great fun, my adopted big brother came over to spend the night, which as usual resulted in drunken rockband at 1am. It was awesomeness! It did mean though that Sunday consisted of bacon for breakfast and roast for dinner followed by toffee and pecan pavlova. I’m not complaining, it’s just not the best start to a week I ever had… Ah well. It was tasty and I regret nothing! 

This is now my last week before I go on holiday and I’m where I wanted to be weight wise – at least for the minute. So that’s about it for me. Another week and another pound closer to goal! Go me!
