Weigh Day: -2


So this is a bit late because I was excited to post all about the gym before I got round to this! It’s here now though so all is well. 

Last week was rather successful! Hoorah! I’ve been having sensible lunches and dinners, and resisting the urge to eat crap. I had a couple of days eating out, but these were balanced by choosing the sensible options and not stuffing my face! This week has been much the same, I’ve eaten sensibly (except Sunday’s mug brownie with Dan), and made the right choices. Go me! I’m not sure how much the gym is contributing to anything at this point – the cardio has been slacking so I’d guess not that much. On the bright side, my arms have not been so sore lately, this is progress! I also have some very attractive burst blood vessels on my right shoulder. A sign I’m working hard? I think so. It’s what I’m telling myself anyway. 

Dan is away this weekend at some bridge event. Again. So I have the whole bank holiday weekend to myself! Luckily, I have my final assignment coming up so I’ve planned a tidying day for Saturday, followed by studying on Sunday and Monday! This should keep me on the straight and narrow. I’m actually supposed to be making a shopping list for him as I write, but my phone internet is not cooperating whatsoever, hence I’m writing a post! I don’t really have anything else to report, it’s been a fairly uneventful week.
